As part of a small team, this position will have a large impact on the IT of the entire company. You will serve as the face of the IT support departments main point of contact. Maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
Certification Required: A+ certification (or similar certifications)
- Required 4 Years of technical support
- Experience with LAN/WAN, local/networked printers, Microsoft operating systems, MS Office and MS Exchange, Netware, Active Directory.
